Kicker 3.7 released

A new Kicker version with major changes is released. Until now Kicker used only the Elo system to determine the skill of a player, but the Elo system is e.g. not a good choice for continuously changing teams. I changed this to a version of the TrueSkill system from Microsoft. For more information you can look here and here.
